Sriracha-Teriyaki Burgers

1lb of ground meat (chicken, beef, turkey etc..)
2-3 cloves of garlic grated
1 inch of ginger grated
2-3  Tbs of Teriyaki Sauce ( or substitute soy sauce and a little sugar)
1-2 Tbs of Sriracha
Pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together and form burgers.  Fry the burgers on a griddle and after you start cooking the seconds side of the burger add some sliced onion to grill and cook along side.  The "juice" that the burgers gives off will flavor the grilled onion.   Serves 4 people.  Serve with your favorite burger sides.
