Pina Colada Smoothie

 Ingredients:
1 ripe pineapple
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup ice cubes
1/2 cup rum (optional)
Sweetner (see note)  


Directions:

Clean, core and cut one pineapple.  You will want about 3-4 cups of fresh pineapple for this smoothie.  Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.  Serve and Enjoy.


Note:  you can also add sugar, honey or agave syrup to sweetened your drink if you like.  My pineapple was very sweet for me, but my husband wanted his with a little sugar. I personally like mine with a squeeze of fresh lime juice.  I suggest if you like it with a squeeze of lime you add it to your glass and not the whole pitcher.
